STANDARD ORDERS
All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of your order.

PERSONALIZED & CUSTOMIZED ORDERS
Products that require personalization — including our Personalized Stitched Frames and any custom embroidery items — require an additional 2 to 3 business days for production before dispatch.

Total delivery time for personalized orders:
2–3 days production unless mentioned otherwise on the product + standard delivery time

Please double-check all personalization details (name, date, weight, size) before completing your order, as we are unable to make changes once production has begun.
